Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), in partnership with the Business Environment Council, hosted a “Greenovation Tech Showcase” under its Hong Kong International Airport Carbon Capacity Building Programme (HKIA CCBP) on 30 April. The event brought together pledged business partners (BPs) of HKIA 2050 Net Zero Carbon Pledge, providing a platform to explore innovative technologies that can support their net zero carbon journey.
Pledged BPs had an opportunity to connect with solution providers—from local start-ups to global industry leaders—offering cutting-edge products and services to facilitate decarbonisation. The showcase also featured successful projects supported by the HKIA Greenovation Fund, highlighting scalable solutions in action. Through the event, participants gained valuable insights into overcoming implementation challenges, adopting new solutions, and enhancing their overall carbon reduction performance.
