LSG opened in 1998, and is located next to the Hong Kong International Airport. LSG operates a 24-hour kitchen with 22 refrigerators and 12 freezers. LSG is servicing around 100 flights and it caters more than 14000 meals daily.
Carbon Emission Reduction Measures and Strategies
Sustainable transportation: Encouraging the use of electric vehicles (EVs) by providing EV charging stations at all its locations and transitioning its company’s fleet to electric vehicles.
Waste reduction programmes: Implementing food waste recycling and composting programs to minimise waste sent to landfills. It is also reducing single-use plastics in its operations.
